By participating in bubble football activities provided by ProBubble Football, you ("the Participant") agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or participating.
1.1. All bookings must be made in advance through the Company's website, phone, or email.
1.2. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Deposits are non-refundable.
1.3. The Company reserves the right to refuse bookings at its discretion.
2.1. Participants must be at least 8 years old. Those under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
2.2. Participants must be in good health and free from any medical conditions that could be aggravated by physical activity, including but not limited to heart conditions, back or neck injuries, pregnancy, or recent surgeries.
2.3. Participants must disclose any relevant medical conditions or injuries to the Company prior to participation.
2.4. The Company reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unfit to take part, including those under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
3.1. Cancellations by the Participant must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session to receive a full refund (excluding the deposit).
3.2. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session or for no-shows.
3.3. The Company may cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., adverse weather, equipment failure). In such cases, Participants will be offered a rescheduled session or a full refund.
4.1. Bubble football is a physical activity with inherent risks. Participants acknowledge and accept these risks, including the possibility of minor injuries such as bruises or sprains.
4.2. All Participants must attend a safety briefing before the session and always follow the instructions of the Company's staff.
4.3. Participants must wear the provided bubble suits, and any other safety equipment as directed.
4.4. Aggressive or dangerous behaviour, including intentional collisions or misuse of equipment, will result in immediate removal from the session without a refund.
4.5. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. The Company is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property.
5.1. The Company takes all reasonable measures to ensure Participant safety but does not accept liability for injuries or damages arising from participation, except were caused by the Company's negligence.
5.2. Participants agree to indemnify the Company against any claims arising from their actions during the session.
6.1. The Company may take photographs or videos during sessions for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your image unless you notify the Company in writing before the session.
7.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
8.1. By proceeding with a booking or participating in a session with ProBubble Football, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically, as they may be updated without prior notice.
8.2. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please do not proceed with a booking or use our services.
